I'm 17, and I'm from the Gold Coast in Australia.
Currently studying Public Health.
Basically, eat clean, train hard.
What am I training for? The zombie apocalypse. Obviously.
But mostly for life. I'm eating and training for my future.

Tips for dealing with fatty and sugary foods this holiday season

pandalot:

  1. Eat it
  2. Eat it all
  3. It’s the season of pumpkin and cranberry and peppermint everything
  4. Fuck the magazines that try and guilt you with the “Christmas 8” or whatever they’ve made up
  5. And fuck anyone who chirps at you and asks “do you REALLY need that second helping of green bean casserole?”
  6. Oh and cupcakes make a great cheap/last minute gift for any occasion (you can even make them vegan!)

Congratulations you have all the tools you need to deal with holiday food this year.

A week of (vegetarian) healthy meals!

This plan gives you three delicious main meals a day with plenty of room for healthy snacking. The balsamic roasted veggies are fantastic, I’d highly reccommend making a double batch and throwing them in salads too!

I take time (1-1.5 hours) one day a week (usually Sunday) to prep and make all my meals. I chop veggies, cook dinners and arrange everything in single serving tupperware so when I’m busy with school, work and everything else I don’t have to worry about food but always have something fresh, homemade, healthy and delicious ready for me!
